as promised...

As I promised yesterday, I am going to share some images of the big project I'm working on with you all.

It is quite big, the figures on the middle part are actually life sized!

The last thing we did was making a supportive frame for the slabs of plywood along with legs, to keep them at the right height.

Also we added the first coat of paint. I is promising to become a quite time-consuming thing. Especially since it has to be ready by the 5-th of July.

A bit more about the image:
The middle part has a royal family on it. The style is rococo, so the dresses and hairstyles are going to be huge and detailed... Though I don't know if we'll manage to make them as awesome as I would like to make them. On the side panels, we decided to put some less important people.

On an other note...

I have received a commission from a fellow Estonian. The subject is a young male band member. The picture is going to his girlfriend, so I have to make it a pretty one!
I begun drawing it today and hopefully it will turn out fairly gorgeous~
